    The quick run down is:

    Most things are returnable within 30 days from when it was delivered to you. 

    Mail the items back to us (you chose who you want to use), we do not pay for shipping back to us. When we get the item back we process the refund the same way you paid.

    Clearance and sale items are NOT returnable.

    We will process your order, pack and send out your items within 3 business days. 

    We use both USPS and UPS as carriers. Once we get your stuff in their hands, we send you the tracking number. Transit time varies due to service used, how far away you are from us, and crazy weather etc.
